Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us at contact@redflower.design.
We recommend cancelling at least 24 hours before your next billing cycle to avoid being charged.
Refunds
You are eligible for a full refund within 7 days of your initial purchase.
After 7 days, refunds will only be issued in rare circumstances, at our sole discretion.
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Please allow up to 5 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
